Upon provision of customers’ personal information, we expressly indicate the purposes of use of such information in advance and use it within the scope of the purposes. - the business is succeeded due to merger, company split, business transfer, or any other reason.
Regardless of the above paragraph 1, if we deemed appropriate that our affiliated companies or distributors provide the services to customers or respond to customers’ inquiries, we may provide the customer’s address, name, phone number, etc. to the said company. In this case, the customer may request us to stop providing personal information to the said company.
